Description of Style

“Harmony, intuition, dreams, subconsciousness, colour nuances… in diverse genres, concepts, and functions. The structure of my works are dependent on the intuition inside of certain restrictions. The form is frequently the spontaneous result of sound related events and process at the micro-level. The focus on harmony, the importance of peripheral elements, the terracing of textures and the preference for gradual processes point to the predilection for a sound ideal influenced by the french school. I examine the use of less known or my own tuning systems as well as their harmonic and psycho-acoustic effects. My last compositions have been marked by the following processes: Variation of the strength of the tonal gravitation (hidden, deceptive tonal/modal references) work with symmetric chords and their permutations, manipulation of acoustic sounds (for example with the help of a sampler) .”
