Description of Style

[...] Normally I just bring - in my language of music - notes on paper, mainly as cryptograms. [...] Declaration would be blinding - only a banishment by giving it a name. [...]
Music is magical invocation, nonconceptual language, but sensual experience and autonomous. A magical more is the sound; interpretation of a related space or system, better yet: a related organism, that could be named world or cosmos. [...]
I created the composition from immersion into vastness. [...] According to an internal instance, I try to grasp this world as a mirror of me, as a projection of myself. This involves a lot of exercise. The result of this intellectual exercise and contemplation is "The Cathedral". This work is about a hypostatic anticipation of our death. [...] Through "Akroasis" 'The Cathedral' appears cathartic in this sense: certainly liberation can be obtained in death - under one condition: that we all feel inmost and boundless compassion for all sentient creatures.
