Martin Ptak studied trombone, piano and composition. Among others he worked with Elliot Scharp, Bill Holman, Graham Collier, Christoph Cech and Renald Deppe. Martin Ptak has, from a musical perspective, done a lot of travelling in his career. He has played jazz, classic, and even some pop. But it wasn’t until the release of his prize winning album "Twillight Street" that the pianist, trombonist and composer finally found where he wanted to be.
