He studied composition with Michael Jarrell at the Music University of Vienna, where he received the Master of Arts in composition in 1998. The participation in the courses in electroacoustic music with Magnus Lindbergh and Ivan Fedele at IRCAM was an important impulse for his creativity, as well as the contributions, which he received during studies with Enrique Blanco and Luis de Pablo. Currently (2003), he is composer in residence at the Orquestre de Jeunes de la Mediterranée.

The music of the young Valencian is characterized by a multitude of very personally influenced rhythms, harmonies and tone colors, which evoke contrasts in musical intensity and a very strong direction.
The complexity in the structural regularities finds its complement in an intuitive force of musical sensitivity, which directly addresses the listener and enables him to reflexively sink into what goes beyond the musical surface. A surge of various emotions that leaves no one indifferent.
