Gradischnig is one of the most sought after sidemen of the Austrian jazz scene.
He has been working with the Vienna Art Orchestra and on his own projects "Playing Deep" and "Ghost Trio". Another project is the duo with the piano player Oliver Kent, which was awarded with the the prestigious Hans-Koller-Prize "Album of the Year" for the CD "Day Dream" (amadeo/univ.). In 1998, Gradischnig was already awarded with the Hans-Koller-Prize in the category "Newcomer of the Year".

 

He also played with the Jazz Big Band Graz, the EBU Big Band, the NDR Big Band, Nouvelle Cuisine, furthermore with numerous other local and international musicians and bands. For many years performances at prestigious jazz festivals around the globe, participation in radio and television broadcastings in Austria and abroad.
