Description of Style

The masters of music around the Schoenberg circle still have a special fascination for me. Not yet overcome, they are, with a few exceptions, still not loved by the public. Even today, a connection to the Viennnese School can be real progress, referring to this, Ernst Krenek recently said that he preferred "old complexity" rather than the "new simplicity". The post-modern is slowly beginning to fade, and Hubert Stuppner believes that the music development has come to it's end. But as everything has to go on, the existence can only be a matter of substance and not the matter of a sum of current gags.
