Beschreibung
"AS YOU LIKE IT deals with the five basic tastes perceived by our taste buds: sweet, salty, sour, bitter and umami. In my piece I take a close look at each taste and transform the taste into music. In the second part of the piece I want to leave the freedom to the musicians to create their own balance of these five tastes within an improvisation using phrases and elements from the piece."
