"Vermessung (mapping) is a series of structural improvisations based on urban structures, conceived and performed by los autodisparadores.
Sound recordings have been taken at various spots within the city of Vienna. The recordings have been examined for their rhythmic and sonic substance and the results in turn been used as the basis of graphical scores. On the other hand the sound material itself serves as the source for sampling-based processes of the electronic instruments."
